"What if the item is damaged when it arrives or you are sent the wrong item?"
Each order passes through a quality control stage before dispatching any items to you. Products crafted in our workshop are checked and pass through 4-6 pairs of hands before packing your orders, so damage is very rare.
If you only realise after the delivery that you're unhappy with the quality, perhaps items have been damaged during transit, or if we've sent you the wrong item. Please just contact us immediately of delivery, ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and tell you how to return the item, and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or craft you a replacement.
We suggest ordering a sample, before placing any large orders.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
Please ensure that any non-faulty items are sent back to us unused, and in the same condition, it was sold to you. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please reuse the original packaging where possible when sending your returned items back to us. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a tracked and signed for shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or goods damaged by the delivery company.
REFUNDS (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Proper Copper Design, 83a Montgomery Street, Unit 3, Hove, Brighton and Hove, BN3 5BD, United Kingdom.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Proper Copper Design, 83a Montgomery Street, Unit 3, Hove, Brighton and Hove, BN3 5BD, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
