Return Policy

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations:

- Contact us within: 14 days of delivery.

- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Because of the unique nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for: Custom and personalised orders (bespoke), as we cannot make a resale on these items.

- Items with specialist finishes: Aged / Marbled / Verdigris / Matt Black. 

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

- Products purchased in a Natural Copper Finish, if returned will be charged a re-stocking fee of 15% of the order total. The reason why: Copper items finished to a (Natural Copper Finish) have to be checked and re-polished before making a resale.

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

- Please ensure that any non-faulty items are sent back to us unused, and in the same condition, as it was sold to you.

- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- Please reuse the original packaging where possible when sending your returned items back to us. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

- If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a tracked and signed for shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or goods damaged by the delivery company.

- Quantity of the items you wish to return
- Reason for return request

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take a number of days to process. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account a few days after the refund has been sent. It can take a number of days for your refund to be processed. 

 If the refund has not gone through after a number of days, please contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you are still yet to receive your refund please contact us, and we will do our very best to help. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your order, please contact us and send the item to the following address:

To return your product, please mail your item to the following address:

Unless the item is faulty or has been damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
