Proper Copper Design Guarantee Terms and Conditions

1. Coverage: Proper Copper Design ("the Company") is pleased to offer a comprehensive 2-year guarantee ("the Guarantee") on all our products. This Guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
2. Guarantee Eligibility: To be eligible for the Guarantee, the product must have been purchased directly
from Proper Copper Design or an authorized reseller. Proof of purchase, such as a valid receipt or order
confirmation, will be required to initiate a claim.
3. Guarantee Benefits: In the event of a defect covered by the Guarantee, Proper Copper Design will, at its
discretion, repair or replace the defective product. If the product is no longer available, a similar or
equivalent product will be provided.
4. Exclusions: The Guarantee does not cover damage resulting from:
• Normal wear and tear.
• Accidental damage or misuse.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Exposure to harsh environmental conditions.
• Failure to follow proper care and maintenance guidelines provided by Proper Copper Design.
• The Guarantee expressly excludes coverage for protective coatings, including lacquered and
specialist finishes. Additionally, it is important to note that protective coatings, such as lacquered
finishes, cannot be guaranteed due to their inherent vulnerability to wear and environmental
conditions.
5. Initiating a Guarantee Claim: To initiate a Guarantee claim, the customer must:
• Contact Proper Copper Design Customer Service within the Guarantee period.
• Provide proof of purchase and details of the alleged defect.
• Follow the instructions provided by Customer Service for the return or inspection process.
6. Guarantee Process:
• Upon receipt of a valid Guarantee claim, Proper Copper Design will assess the alleged defect.
• If the defect is confirmed to be covered by the Guarantee, the Company will repair or replace the
product as per the terms outlined herein.
• If the product is no longer available, Proper Copper Design will provide a suitable replacement.
7. Limitation of Liability: Proper Copper Design's liability under this Guarantee is limited to the repair or
replacement of the defective product. The Company is not liable for any consequential or incidental
damages arising from the use of its products. Proper Copper Design is not liable for any injures that occur
for the misuse of its product
8. Transferability: This Guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the
product.
9. Governing Law: This Guarantee is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
United Kingdom.
10. Modification or Termination: Proper Copper Design reserves the right to modify or terminate this
Guarantee at any time, with or without notice.
By purchasing a product from Proper Copper Design, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms
and conditions outlined in this Guarantee.
