 For bespoke items, we offer a casting service in which new completely unique items can be cast from a variety of metals.

We welcome all inquiries into whether this service might be suitable for your design idea or bespoke project, and can also cater to larger projects.

Casting Services - Information:

 

When getting in touch, any of the following details are useful to us for providing advice regarding casting : 
  • Item drawings and dimensions.
  • 3D models.
  • Brief outline of your project requirements.
  • Full address and contact details. 

For the casting of items, we require a pattern (replica of the item to be cast) for the initial creation of the mould. We offer a design and advisory service in which we can work with you to aid in the creation of this pattern, or alternatively this can be sent to us to be used for casting if already prepared. 

Our standard lead-times for casting are between 3 - 4 weeks from order confirmation. 

We also offer a faster, express delivery service where required. Please contact us if you require this service. 

Lost-Wax Casting

We primarily offer castings in solid brass. If you looking for an alternative metal, we offer a plating service whereby we can have the cast brass part coated in another material (such as copper or chrome).
