Upon communicating with our customer, we employ a range of different processes in order to bring any given design project to life. These processes include :

• Visualisation methods - CAD design, concept drawings 
• Trackable workshop processes - Regular updates regarding the design process and manufacturing.

Shop Fit-Out

We offer customisation on the majority of our copper hardware, so please do get in touch if you like a product but have an idea for how you might like it customised to best suit your personal needs.

These modifications might include (but are not limited to) :

• Adjustments made to measurements (such as handles hole centres, tap and other product sizes and specifications).
• A choice of a unique, specialised copper or brass finish.
• A modification to the appearance of an item available on or store.
• Custom fittings, such as an aerator for our copper taps. 

Yes, we can indeed fit our taps with a brass aerator. This small attachment is fitted internally, so does not affect the appearance of the tap itself.

Once fitted, the aerator helps to save on water usage by limiting water flow. This can be a great addition to bathroom taps, or taps that may not need as great a flow as a kitchen tap.
