  • Koi Carp Mural (workshop floor)

October 30, 2017

Our workshop used to be a print design shop with a giant table in the centre for large format prints to be rolled along.
When we removed the table we were left with a large rectangular space on the floor. I had wanted to bring something natural into the space to create some life and energy in the room. I designed a Koi Carp pond hoping to create a visual effect that feels like your walking on water, under the inspirational Japanese moto below.
"Koi Carp Fish the symbol of good fortune, perseverance, abundance and courage."
