What are your average lead-times?

All of our products are hand-crafted and made to order in our Brighton workshop. We aim to have all of our products crafted, packed and dispatched within 5 – 7 working days. Specialist finishes and Bespoke or Bulk orders will have longer lead-times. For bulk orders these typically take between 1 – 2 weeks, whilst specialist finishes and bespoke orders will vary depending on the order placed.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times will vary depending on delivery address. For delivery within the UK, it will generally take between 1 – 3 working days from date of dispatch.For delivery within Europe, shipping can take between 3 – 6 working days from date of dispatch. International delivery can take between 3-10 working days from date of dispatch. Bank holidays, national holidays and peak seasonal shipping periods will produce longer delivery times. If you require an EXPRESS SHIPPING SERVICE please contact us and we will endeavour to meet your time-frame.

Which courier services do you use?

We use the following courier services, with these varying dependent on shipping location : Royal Mail, Parcel Force Worldwide, UPS, DPD, DHL. If you would like your parcel sent with a specific service, please get in touch and we can do our best to arrange for this.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Where possible, we do our best to use packaging that can be recycled. The majority of our items are sent with 100% recyclable materials such as card and tissue paper. Larger, heavier orders that need to be protected with foam are done so, however we are doing our best to find recyclable options where available.

Will my order be provided with a tracking number for my order?

Yes all of our orders are dispatched with a tracked and signed for service, your unique tracking number will be provided to you by email once your order has been dispatched from our workshop.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, if you are able to contact us before we have shipped your order, we will be happy to make any necessary amendments to your shipping address.

I would like to place another order, could these be shipped together so I don't have to pay for postage twice?

Yes, if you are able to contact us before your first order has been shipped we will be happy to have these sent within a single package. A shipping cost will be calculated based on the combined weight of these items.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, If you require your order to be cancelled, please get in touch and a member of the team will assist you. Full details of our returns, exchanges, and cancellations can be viewed on our returns policy. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping on all orders.
